    Dan has been District Superintendent
since August, 2006 and began his
second four year term on August 1, 2010. 
Prior to coming to the District Office
he served churches in Fulton, NY (Assistant Pastor 86-88), Rome, NY (Pastor 88-95) and Horseheads, NY (95-06).  Pastoral ministry
was a mid-career calling for Dan. 
He previously worked in healthcare administration with the U.S. Navy and
then NY State.  He is a veteran of
two tours in Vietnam (68-69) as a
Helicopter Medical Evacuation Corpsman
with the Marines.  Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Education from
SUNY Cortland (74) and M.B.A.
from Cornell University (76).  He completed the C&MA Ministerial Study Program and
was Ordained in 1989.  Dan and his wife, Elaine, a Christian author and women's speaker, have been married 40 years. 
They have 3 grown children and 8 lively grandchildren who keep them young.

Tracy joined the District Office Staff
on September 14, 2009 having previously worked at MetLife Insurance in the
Utica Business Park, Utica, NY for
16 years with the Property and Casualty Department.  Tracy is a veteran of
service in Desert Storm in 1991
with the 107th Military Police Company
 in the Army National Guard.  She also has
an Administrative Assistant Certificate
from Utica School of Commerce.
Tracy and her husband, Tom, have been married 20 years and are active
members of Ohio Alliance Church in Cold Brook, NY.  The Murphy's reside in Remsen, NY and have 2 children, Reid and Riley,
and a daughter-in-law, Faith.
Tracy is excited
 and blessed
to call this work.

(Debra)

In 2000, Jon, a former
International Worker (1994-2000)
and Field Director to England,
was appointed as Director of
Church Multiplication and Development
and is currently serving as the Director
of Church Health and Multiplication.
He previously pastored Alliance churches in
Punxsutawney and Meadville, WPA
('87-'94).  Jon earned a
BA in Religion at Nyack College ('84)
and a MDiv at
Alliance Theological Seminary ('87). 
Jon and his wife Debra have been
married for 27 years
and have three children
[Amanda, Jonathan and Zebadiah]
preparing to follow Christ in
fulltime professional ministry.

Debra began ministry with the
Northeastern District Office in
August 2000 following six years of
 ministry as an International Worker,
church planting with the C&MA
in Great Britain (1994-2000). 
She received a BA in Psychology
from Nyack College in 1984, 
was a medical secretary during
Jon's seminary education years
and ministered as Pastor's wife in 
Punxsutawney and Meadville PA ('87-'94).  Debra and Jon are blessed
with three children
[Amanda, Jonathan and Zebadiah] 
who are preparing to follow Christ
in fulltime professional ministry.
